š½Macros & Nutrition Coaching: Learn how to fuel your body and hit your goals. Whether you want to maintain, lose, or build- following the appropriate macro split is instrumental in seeing results. You will be expected to track your macros consistently over the course of the 8 weeks.Ā
š„Weekly Accountability Group Calls: Stay on track and get questions answered LIVE in our weekly coaching calls. There will be a teaching of the week, Q&A, + peer support.
š»In-App Check-Ins: In addition to the weekly coaching calls with your team, you will also be checking in, in app with your coach to keep yourself accountable and track your progress.
