In the past we have ran 8 week New Year Challenges but what we have realized, is while these can be motivating, they tend to be overwhelming for those who are just getting started. We wanted to offer a new program to kick off the New Year for those who haven't yet solidified a fitness routine and are learning macros for the first time.
Over the course of the 6 weeks, we will be breaking down the habits you will need to be successful.
NEW members and beginners, let's DO THIS!!!!
Whether or not you have worked with FIT LV in the past, if you are not CURRENTLY working with a coach, you will be signing up as aNEWmember! You will have the opportunity to work with Coach Jess, Coach Rachel, or Coach Steve!
Over the 6 weeks, you’ll be dialing in your habits through:
🏋🏼♀️ Your Workouts: Your coach will determine which workout program will be best for you to be successful over the 6 weeks. From our foundations program to our hybrid home/gym program, we will cater to your needs.
🥗 Your Nutrition: Your coach will break down the best macro split and calorie allotment for you and your goals, as well as provide beginner strategies to be successful with your nutrition. Not everyone is ready to jump right into macro tracking, so together you will decide what route is best for your success.
🧠 Your Mindset: A huge part of your success over the next 6 weeks, will be your mindset and approach to all of the new additions to your routine. Everyone that comes to us for coaching has some sort of limiting belief or mental barrier that gets in the way. Your coach will help you work through these and replace them with better feeling thoughts.
🌎 Your FIT LV Community: Aside from your coaching team, you will be surrounded by hundreds of other members in our Facebook community making you feel welcomed and supported on your journey.

🙋🏻♀️Accountability from your coach. You will have the option to work withCoach Jess, Coach Rachel, or Coach Steve (unless you're already a returning member with Coach K).You and your coach will be talking on a weekly basis to keep you accountable to your goals and commitment.
WHEN IS THE KICKSTART?
🗓Official start date is Monday, January 1st and conclude Saturday, February 10th
