You will be met by Jess upon arrival. Please bring a water bottle, a towel will be provided for you. You will begin each session with a 15 minute warm up that includes a guided meditation + breathwork sequence to build the mind to body connection. Following the warm up you will be guided through 30 minutes of programming designed just for you and your goals. The last 15 minutes you can expect to focus on core, stability and mobility! Cooling you down and leaving you feeling better than before!
