We have created this 16 week coaching program for you and your significant other to create healthier lifestyle habits together. Over the course of the 16 weeks you will be dialing in your nutrition habits, creating better workout routines, and also prioritizing your relationship. Men will be working with Coach Steve, while the women will be working with Coach Kristi.
2x 16 Week Workout plan
*Both you and your spouse or partner will receive a 16 week workout plan catered to your individual skill level. In home or gym options available. Postpartum and pregnancy modifications available.
2x 16 Week Nutrition plan
*Both you and your spouse or partner will receive a customized macro plan outlining the exact amounts of protein, carbs, and fats to consume in a day to help you reach your desired results. We have plans for muscle building, fat loss, as well as postpartum/breastfeeding. Along with the macro prescription, we will guide you on how to meal plan as a household to support one another's goals and encourage healthier habits as a family.
1/wk 1:1 coaching call
*Each week you will have a 1:1 check in with your coach. Wives will be with Coach Kristi, husbands will be working with Coach Steve. The goal of this call is to review your week, compliance, and set intentions for the week ahead. We will also be reviewing the couples homework for the week!
1/mo couples coaching call
*Once per month you and your spouse will hop on a couples call with Kristi and Steve as well as any other couples in the program to have a round table discussion on the positive implementations as well as challenges you face.
BONUS: weekly couples homework
*We will be giving extra couples homework to complete along the course of the 16 weeks. <3
