WORKOUTS: Within in this program you will receive daily workouts with both barbell and dumbbell options available. We have structured the workouts from minimal equipment (bands and dumbbells) to a barbell version of the program if you have more equipment available. All workouts are accessible through the True Coach app where you will have a custom profile. Within this app, you will be able to see your daily programming, log workout scores and weights used, leave feedback, and easily communicate with your coaches throughout the week. We have also filmed over 600 warm up and demo videos for your form check!

NUTRITION: The nutrition component of this program is a macro plan. We do not write meal plans, we provide macros. Macronutrients are proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. All three of these macros are fundamental nutritional compounds your body needs for fuel and to function properly. A macro plan will give you exact grams of each to consume in a day to provide you with the fuel you need to feel good, tackle your workouts, and achieve your fitness or aesthetic goals. This can be done without restricting or eliminating entire foods or food groups. Yes! This means you can eat carbs!! We will guide you on how to follow macros to help you reach your goals by outlining exactly how many grams of protein, carbs, and fats to eat each day, while giving you the flexibility to choose foods they enjoy. In our experience, restrictive and extreme diets fail, and often don’t teach you how to navigate every day life post diet. Repairing relationships with food and learning to eat all things in moderation guilt free, is one of our goals during this program.
ACCOUNTABILITY: For the accountability of this program, you will log your workouts after completion each day and have the ability to leave your other coach notes on how you felt it went. Additionally, you will send a summary of your week as your main accountability check in via the app each week. It will be up to you to submit your check in weekly if you want coaches feedback. At that time, your coach will offer you feedback, answer any questions, and adjust your macros if necessary. You will have the option to work with Coach Rachel, Coach Jess, Coach Chandler, or we can assign a coach to you!
COMMUNITY & SUPPORT: The F.I.T LV Facebook community is a great addition to Team FIT LV. Within this group there are hundreds of other members all on this journey along side of you, sharing personal WINS, struggles, recipes, sweaty post workout selfies, and everything in between. Nothing better connecting and cheering for one another across the country. Additionally, your team of coaches are here with you every step of the way. We never want you to feel alone in this journey!
