This 16 week coaching intensive was created just for you. Whether you are looking to add in a fitness routine for the first time and have no idea where to begin when it comes to nutrition OR if you are looking to level up your current routine, this program is scalable for you. Only catch is, I am only taking on 20 members who are really serious about making a change. Since you are already improving and making great strides in other aspects of your life, I am confident you will put in the work here as well.
WHO IS THIS PROGRAM BEST SUITED FOR?
-Men looking to level up their fitness and nutrition, who prefers a 1:1 coaching experience.
-Has minimal macro experience or prefers customized nutritional guidance.
-Is struggling with motivation to follow a plan without coaches communication.
-Prefers 1:1 coaching and communication.
-Wants to become more disciplined in their habits.
-Would enjoy a female coaching experience with a no BS approach.
What is included?
-3-60 minute movement consultations over Zoom. These will take place at the beginning and midway and at the end of the program. They are structured similarly to personal training assessments. They can be completed at home or in a gym, where ever you will be training.
-1-30 minute nutrition consultation. Here we will be discussing your nutritional habits, addressing any and all questions you have about macros and nutrition in general.
-Weekly or bi weekly-10 minute check in calls with your coach.
NOTES: The workouts are scalable, so they can be completed in home with minimal equipment or in a traditional gym setting. I am big on the "no excuses" just get it done mentality, so I will remove as many objections as possible.. All workouts are provided on a weekly basis through the TrueCoach app where you will have a custom profile. Within this app you will be able to track your workouts, nutrition, and easily communicate with your coach.
The training will be paired with macro coaching or nutritional guidance focused around habits. We will determine which nutrition route to take after the initial consultation. In a macro plan we will determine your set amount of protein, carbs, and fats to consume to reach both aesthetic and performance goals. Like anything, macros take some time to get the hang of, but the food freedom is unmeasurable when you get it nailed down!
Check-ins take place through a weekly report and phone call.
