GO ALL IN-FGF

GO ALL IN-FGF

Hey {{contact.first_name}}!

FIT LV back with another #feelgoodfriday. No matter what your goals are I hope you had a great week and feel that much closer to achieving them.

As we get ready to kick off our first ever 8 week challenge on June 6th, the question has come up, "Can I really see substantial results in 8 weeks?" Here’s your answer:

YES. YOU. CAN. ✨

But here is the catch, It’s time to stop dabbling.. You have to GO ALL IN!

I took that quote from the business mastermind I attended last week.

This sentiment can be applied to anything in life. Business, relationships, learning a new skill or trade, your commitment to your fitness goals. Too often we find ourselves in situations where we have softly committed, yet are frustrated with the lack of results.

If you feel like you're just running on a hamster wheel in whatever scenario you would like to improve upon, you are probably still in that "interested" phase..

Every little thing will distract or derail you. You find yourself making excuses as to why you can't do X,Y,Z. Maybe as you are reading this you are coming up with a few..

It is really easy to lie to ourselves about our compliance, our commitment, our effort.

But when you go ALL IN- you'll know it. The results will show for it. Whether you start making more sales, have increased trust in a relationship, finally start seeing body composition changes.

We have all experienced the dabble in one way or another. Analyze your life right now. What is an area you want to improve on? Are you ALL IN?

Obviously being a fitness and nutrition coach, I witness this daily with both my clients and non clients. I am hyper aware of social media friends and their soft commitments to change with constant rebounds of on again, off again, on again, new program, yada yada yada I wish I could yell to them:

GO THE F ALL IN!!!! BET ON YOURSELF!!!!

100% EFFORT+CONSISTENCY=RESULTS

I want to share a story on a new client who did bet on herself and went all in from day one. The crazy thing is this client almost didn’t sign up for coaching with me because she wasn’t sure if she would be disciplined enough. In retrospect I believe she needed to get that limiting belief out in the open so she could put it behind her and move forward..(ALL IN)

And in 8 weeks, let me just tell you, she’s  SMASHING it.These results are not typical. WHY? Because most people won't go all in.

She hit the ground running and hasn’t looked back. She believes in herself, she believes in the program, and she is trusting the process.

She’s not dabbling with compliance, she’s ALL IN.

✅Macros are on point.

✅Completing the daily FIT LV workout.

✅Implemented #mileadayinmay and had walked/ran over 100 miles this month so far😳

✅Checks in with me weekly.

✅Updates progress pics and weight.

✅Packed food scale, bands, and is keeping her routine for her two week vacay in FL.

I think it is important to note, in the pursuit of becoming your best self, you have to stack the little wins along the way to build and KEEP the momentum/motivation.

I talk about stacking the little wins weekly with #teamfitlv. The little wins MOVE THE DIRT.

In her testimonial, there are multiple non scale wins that are pushing her momentum forward:

“ Ahh I’m so freaking stoked. I wanted to be under 200 by June 1! Looks like I am going to smash that goal! There is a 1 on my scale this morning. I am so so happy like crying freaking happy tears. I haven’t seen a 1 since before my first pregnancy in 2019. I actually can run 400m now without stopping and my husband has been super supportive and even says in motivating him to eat cleaner and better. I just can’t believe it. I’m stronger, eating real food, not deprived of anything and losing weight.”

Planning ahead for vacation with a food scale, measuring tools, workout plans, etc. is an example of finding a way and being 100% committed. Someone who is dabbling would say, "Oh its a two week vacay, I'll get back on track when I get home."

NOTE: Neither is superior to the other. Both are fine choices, but it is important though to recognize where YOU are in your journey and how it will impact your results.

Making a commitment to a new lifestyle can be scary. Going ALL IN can be tough. It means letting go of limiting beliefs you have about yourself and challenging yourself in every way.  But I promise you, the second you prove to yourself you CAN be disciplined and you have the control over your life, you will unlock potential you never thought was capable.

So what prevents you from going ALL IN on yourself? Pursuing your best self? Your best career? The best relationship? Your fittest self?

Hope this #FGF brought up some food for thought and you push yourself to go ALL IN in some category of your life.

As always, this is your daily reminder that you are stronger than you think, more disciplined than you know, and hold the key to unlocking the life of your dreams.

That's all for now. As always, thanks for being here.

Peace, Love, and Burpees.
